Wake Up Call - Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

This Green Detox Smoothie with sure brighten your day! I love it and it's very refreshing. Not only physically but mentally because I know it's healthy.

Chia seeds are a great vegan protein. Puts a little extra kick on the power train. Not only are they good for you but they are a SUPERFOOD!



Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach: 12 calories

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk: 30 calories

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks: 100 calories

  • 1 banana: 90 calories

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds: 40 calories

Instructions

  1. Put all your ingredients in a blender until everything is combined and smooth. Add more almond milk as needed.

Very simple and easy! You can modify it as you want too! I like to put a little more pineapple in as I go to give it better flavor.
